Tomorrow on May 06, 2016 at 11:00 in the premises of the Ministry of Energy and Industry, the Multi Stakeholders Group of EITI Albania will meet to discuss several important issues as:

  1. Terms of Reference for the preparation of EITI Report 2015; EITI Report 2015 is the seventh EITI report for Albania and is expected to be prepared and published by the end of 2016.
  2. Terms of Reference for the activity of the Multi Stakeholders Group; These Terms of Reference define the scope and functioning of the Multi Stakeholders Group (MSG) formed to guide and support the implementation of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) in Albania.
  3. Terms of Reference for Legal Consultancy Local and International; This consultancy will serve to Review Legal and Regulatory Review of the Albanian National Legislative Framework to identify impediment/slowing data collection from State Agencies and Operators in the EITI processes and Preparation of the EITI reports and suggest/draft improvements.
