Today as of date 13.02.2015, at the Ministry of Energy and Industry, took place the first meeting for 2015 of the Albanian EITI MSG chaired by Vice Minister of Energy and Industry, Mr. Ilir Bejtja.

Also present at the meeting was Mr. Edon Vrenezi, Expert of the World Bank, supporter of EITI activities.

Main topics discussed were as: the role and importance of MSG in the EITI activities; EITI objectives, 2015 long-term and mid-term objectives; Working Plan of the EITI Albania Secretariat for 2015, Distribution of mining royalties, etc.
