This request for expressions of interest follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared in Development Business online No. WB3513-03\/19 of March 15, 2019.<\/em><\/p>\n

The Government of Albania has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.<\/em><\/p>\n

The consulting services (\u201cthe Services\u201d) include selection of an individual media consultant who will act as EITI Albania Public Relations Ambassador for 2020 in order to increase awareness, create a specific image of EITI in Albania form the perspective of economic journalism stature, and generate attention and positive debate and discussions such that it produces important triggers that would furnish for reforms. The implementation period of the Contract is estimated to be 5 months from the contract signature.<\/em><\/p>\n
