Mrs. Matilda Kërçaku is appointed Head of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative National Secretariat (Albania EITI)

Mrs. Matilda Kërçaku is appointed Head of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative National Secretariat (Albania EITI). Formerly, she held the position of Chief of Staff in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy.

The EITI Initiative is an international organization aiming to strengthen transparency and accountability in the extractive industry sector, identifying the positive contribution that this sector has to the economic and social development of the country, through constructive dialogue between stakeholders such as the Government, Business and Civil Society.
